In the early 1970’s the small town of Fouke, Arkansas, and surrounding areas including Miller County, played host to what witnesses described as a large hominid like creature covered in long dark hair. The creature was estimated by most eyewitnesses to be roughly 7 feet tall with a weight of 250 to 300 pounds.
