Beachfoot – Oregon – July – 2025

In the summer of 2008, an idea was born. The question was posed, “What would it be like to get all of the best and brightest minds in the bigfoot world together in the same place without the glare of the public, media, vendors and other distractions associated with most conferences?”

The concept would lead to a series of retreats for dedicated researchers from around the world. Guests have come from as far away as England, Russia, New Zealand, Australia and across the US and Canada.

The brainchild of Todd Neiss, Beachfoot accomplished what it set out to do; create a forum for serious researchers to get to know one another on a personal basis, establish new lines of communication, share each other’s work, and above all, create lasting friendships.

After an amazing 18-year run, this year’s event will mark the last in the Beachfoot Series. The friendships forged here will live on long afterwards.

Although Beachfoot has traditionally been an invitation-only event, we have decided to open up a few campsites for new guests who would like to attend.
