The Web Notifications have a Floating icon, the Bell with a Dark Circle with a RED Number indicating the number of current NEW Notifications. Click the icon and a side menu open to view them.
My Photos — Description (Data Export / Data Erasure Panel)
This is not your My Photos to add, create of modify your pictures, this is a Data Export/Erase area.
The My Photos tab gives you control over the personal images stored in your account. From here, you can download a complete copy of all photos associated with your profile or permanently delete every album and image you’ve uploaded. This section is designed for privacy and data management, giving you full ownership over your stored media.

The Delete My Account tab gives you full control over your membership by allowing you to permanently remove your account and all associated data. If you choose to proceed, your profile, activity, photos, and personal information will be deleted and cannot be recovered. This section is designed for members who want to close their account completely and manage their data with confidence.
User Notes: Allow users to create Public and Private notes from their profile.

User Reviews: With our user reviews, you have a 5 star user rating and review system to your site so users can rate/review each other.

– User can enter a review title and review comment
– Sort your members directory by highest rated users first
– Add a filter to member directory so users can search for other users with a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 star rating
– Show a user’s star rating on member directory and profile header
– Adds a reviews tab to each user profile
– Allow specific user roles to leave reviews
– Allow specific user roles to automatically publish reviews or have reviews pending approval by admin
– Allow specific user roles to remove their own reviews, or other reviews

Followers: With the followers section you can increase your user interaction on our site by allowing users to follow each other.

Private Messages: The Private messaging system on our site is to allow users to privately message each other.

– Allows users to send private messages to other users
– Ability to add emoticons to each private message easily
– Adds option to user account page for users to decide if they want to receive private messages or not
– Sends an e-mail notification to users when someone starts a new conversation with them
– Adds option to user account page so users can turn on/off receiving an e-mail notification for new conversations
– Includes block feature so users can block specific users from messaging them and also provides a way to unblock users from account page
– Messages accept plain text, with urls automatically converted into links (No other HTML is accepted in messages)

How to Submit Your Sighting
1. Log in to your account
Visit the My Account page and make sure you’re signed in.
2. Open the “Submit Sightings Reports” tab
Inside your account dashboard, select the tab labeled Submit Sightings Reports to access the submission form.
3. Fill out the sighting details
Provide as much information as you can, including:
– Date and time of the encounter
– Exact or approximate location
– What you observed (appearance, movement, sounds, tracks, etc.)
– Weather or environmental conditions
– Any supporting details that help paint the full picture
4. Upload evidence (optional but encouraged)
You can attach photos, audio, or video files to support your report. Clear evidence helps researchers and other members better understand your experience.
5. Submit your report
Once everything looks good, click Submit. Your sighting will be added to your personal sightings list and reviewed before appearing in the public database.
Why Your Report Matters
Every submission helps map patterns, track activity, and build a clearer understanding of Bigfoot encounters across the Northwest. Whether your sighting was brief or unforgettable, your story contributes to the larger picture.
If you captured video evidence of your encounter and uploaded it to YouTube, you can easily include the link in your sighting report. Adding a YouTube link helps our review team and the community view your footage directly from your submission.

Submit your report Your video will be attached to your sighting entry and reviewed along with the rest of your details.

No problem, we have built in UPLOAD sections in the Submission form that you can UPLOAD the video to us, we will then transfer it to YouTube and add the links to your report.
